  : Disappointingly was not clean enough. The dining table was dirty, cutlery & cups had to be washed before use & the dust pan & brush kept inside the washing up bowl, which is not hygienic. Toothpaste, presumably from previous guests on radiator in bathroom.Little storage for clothing for four guests, just a handful of coat hangers, didn't really unpack.

  : Everything you need and more. Cosy and quaint. Double bed so comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom and shower amazing. Great tv in the living area. Lovely touches milk , Christmas tree. A perfect spot for an overnight visit to the markets Also so much thanks to the incredible staff at the Harrington hotel who looked after our luggage for us before and after the room was available. Thank you x
  : Only negative as it was a Friday night its noisy until late outside. But they may be worse because of Christmas markets , bath was so busy this weekend. It didnt keep us awake but did disturb us a bit.

  : The location was excellent, very close to the town centre and all the amenities. Kingsmead kitchen on the corner is great for breakfast and the bar next door ideal for pre-dinner drinks. The bed was very comfy and choices on the TV's were good.
  : We think overall the property needs a little TLC, a little tired in places in respect of the decor. Photos on the website and on Booking.com make it look much larger and nicer than it is unfortunately. Windows were not very clean, but appreciate it was on the top floor so access to clean them is not easy and would be good with a blind at the window in the kitchen for when the sun comes in. Oven was not easy to use and a member of staff admitted this to us, very confusing even with the instructions, if you wanted to use it as an oven only and not a microwave. We had to throw food away on the first evening as we could not get the oven to heat it up and had to get a take-away from across the road !! Not ideal. Towelling radiator in the bathroom was faulty and kindly sent someone out the same day and they confirmed this They explained they would be getting it repaired soon apparently. we used the radiators when we needed to dry the towels. The water pressure in the shower is very poor and the shower head was leaking on top, but water temperature was fine. Disappointed in storage space for our clothes, no wardrobe, just a short rail in an alcove in the bedroom. Resorted to leaving most of our clothes in the suitcase. Sofa was not particularly comfortable and was not very clean, we used a throw supplied to cover it. Generally the apartment is good and value for what we paid, just needs a little attention paid to some aspects of it.
