Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for £15 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Check-in after 21:00 is not possible. It is possible to leave the keys in a key safe at some locations. Please contact the property prior to arrival if you expect to arrive after 21:00.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties.

If guests are found holding a party at the apartment, you will be asked to leave and no alternative accommodation will be provided. The proportion of any refund will be determined by the property.

Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

There is a strict no smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or communal areas in the apartment blocks.
