  : Stayed numerous times never had an issue in the average rooms , we booked the executive suite for my daughter a little pamper night...nothing like the photos ...no drapes on the 4 poster bed , sofa you wouldn't let the dog sleep on old let alone sit and chill , tattered and very tired looking, the type charity shop puts out front for free , as for the "spa" bath I just love to wash away another person's hair needless to say didn't use , the actual average room at fairway is cleaner and less expensive do t book the executive its far from !

  : Bar and kitchen closing at random times. 1st night the bar and kitchen shut at 9:30, so we missed dinner. 2nd night we made an effort to get back before 9:30 only to be told that it had closed at 9. Need to look after hotel guests more and not just shut when staff have had enough.

  : The staff in the reception and the bar were friendly and helpful.
  : The hotel was very tired. There were holes in the side of the bed. Room and general decor needs work

  : Location, use of a lift. Very polite and helpful staff although obviously stretched. Inexpensive.
  : Cooked breakfast was very good. Continental breakfast laughably sparse, almost non existent with no effort made to make it worth the money. Evening meals very disappointing. Run of the mill chips with everything. Inedible chicken and an inedible steak and ale pie. Items missing from a dish such has mushrooms. Inexpensive but so poor quality as to be poor value at the price.

  : Bedrooms needed a good refurb. Carpet needed replacing or a good clean. No hairdryer in rooms. Poor heating

  : Early room available and able to have a couple of drinks while waiting after journey.We had food but chips were still hard in places and it advertised home made they were frozen chips but we had brought food for later after our meeting back at room thank you see you next year.
  : Leaving always choose your hotel over holiday Inn or ibis as they are not friendly.
