  : Lovely large cottage in a good location. Plenty of room for all of us & with nice outside sitting areas for a BBQ or if you just needed your own space. The bedrooms were great for our needs with good showers. The sitting room has a Sky package if tv is your thing, the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room. All in all a lovely place and a great cottage.
  : We know Barmouth & for our needs the cottage was in a great position being just out of town but within walking distance, some folks may like to be nearer to the shops. The cottage overall was clean & tidy but the cooker needed a wipe before use, I think this is the cookers age more than being dirty, but some guests may not clean up as they would if they were at home.

  : Lots of room in this lovely character house. Good WiFi, TV etc, clean and just 5 minutes walk into town. Excellent value for large groups. Host was good, helpful and excellent communication.
  : Nothing really, furnishings are older traditional but fine.
