  : Excellent location near to everything ...The cottage was scrupulously clean and compact .
  : Not sure about the mezzanine bed .Not a lot of room up there.I am only small as is my partner ,but could touch ceiling above when arms outstretched upwards ,.,and you kind of have to crawl onto the bed ,however was different ..The bed was comfy once you were in it .

  : the unique set up, how tiny it is but great use of space and everything you need is there! perfect location
  : the checkout time was 10 which I thought was pretty early and as we were running 5 minutes late leaving the owner/cleaner came knocking which made us panic and rush so much, put a downer on the holiday and was a little pricey for 2 nights

  : A very cosy little cottage in a quirky part of the town. Everything we needed for our stay was provided.
  : The futon was rather uncomfortable. This seemed to be an issue for a number of other guests too.

  : The cottage was situated in Barmouth 'Old Town'. There are steps and a narrow alleyway to negotiate to reach it which could prove tricky for anyone with mobility issues. The cottage itself was beautifully renovated and modern. Quite quirky. Very warm, cosy and quiet. The bed was up a ladder in the rafters to enable maximum use of the small space available. Although there is no parking adjacent to the property (impossible due to the location), a parking permit is provided for the beach-front car park which is a few minutes walk away. The general location is great if you want to be in the centre of town.
  : It's easy to be picky so these are not really issues at all but: Having received multiple emails about how to access the key for the property I spent quite a while trying to open the key safe (tricky if you're not used to them), only to find no key in it! Turned out the front door was open and the keys were inside! Also took a day before I found the toaster and microwave which were hidden in a cupboard under the breakfast bar. But I really enjoyed staying there, it was lovely.
