  : The staff were very welcoming and very friendly. The food in the restaurant although limited, was very nice. Plus it is a pet friendly place.
  : Magnetic fly screen on window is not fit for purpose, our room was full of midges. (Poor air circulation in room so window is needed to be open). Bathroom extractor fan broken, shower handle positioner broken, size of room was very poor. I'm 5ft 7 and banged my head on the ceiling getting up in the morning, which is a first for me. Breakfast was poor, room is too cramped. It would be better if breakfast was laid on the tables downstairs rather than given at night in the room. In the morning the only staff available are cleaners. We were given off milk for two days in a row and we ended up settling for soya since they had no more. Wi-Fi was very poor.

  : The food in the food was excellent. Got a great sleep ahead of a bike race. Lots of breakfast choices in your room which is great for a sharp exit. Will return next time I have an event in that area. Been to Glentrool before and it is lovely and well worth a visit for walks and cycles
