  : The cottage had everything and I mean EVERYTHING we needed.
  : Parking was a bit of a faff but not a big problem.

  : The fact of having to walk up steep hill to park or get car though short walk it was very hard for me with bad lungs lucky I had someone whom went to car and drive it down hill and pick me up.

  : The house was really nice and there was a lovely welcome with flowers, wine, chocolates, milk etc. All equipment, beds etc were great as was the bathroom. Easy short walk to town.
  : Unloading is a little stressful and it could be worth parking first and ferrying luggage if possible.

  : Nice cottage, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom - beautifully presented and warm. Well equipped and comfortable. In a lovely village with this house a short walk down, but situated above the throngs of tourists that descend on Bakewell (and yes we are part of these!) Very handy for visiting the Monsail trail, Chatsworth, the Baslow Edge etc.
  : Parking (except for unloading) is not possible near this terrace house which is on a very busy road, though not noisy.A parking permit (provided at the house) is used in streets a short walk away on a first in first served system.
