: Very clean room. Comfortable bed and very friendly host. The breakfast was excellent. Quiet and peaceful with easy parking.
: Great to have access to 24hr coffee/tea but would prefer to be able make tea in the room. We paid for the room directly with the host and actually paid a slightly increased rate to what we had booked at. Not an issue but just not expected.

: Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.
: One small thing, but on checking out, we were asked to pay 186 instead of the 181 agreed and which was written in the host's book. I didn't like to query it as we enjoyed our stay so much, but it seemed a bit odd.

: The breakfast was absolute excellent, couldn't fault it at all. Lovely location.
: The room was very small and the bathroom was absolutely tiny, my husband could barely fit in it!
