  : The welcome and assistance with the keys she talked me through each step on the phone. The place is home from home with everything you might need carefully thought through. I found it warm and homely with a touch of style.

  : Staff were lovely and helpful. Both the bath and bed are amazing! The location was superb
  : The parking situation was the only real thing that wasn't ideal, ended up parking at bottom of town and walking 10mins back, no real issue though :)

  : Actually locating and accessing the property because of complicated one way system and access to property being above shops had to queerer past car parking in loading bay when going in/out - difficult with luggage etc Property has been completed to a mod high standard but with disappointing lack of finish - beautiful bathroom suite with unfinished floor and cupboard! And no plug for the lovely bath!!!!! Parking - advertised as free but not during day and involved moving car around!!!! Pictures advertised - some are not of this flat (mix of two properties Closeness to night lift did give us one rather noisy night
