  : Very clean and tidy room with seaview.Only a few minutes walk from the amenities.I travelled by bicycle which the staff kindly allowed me to store inside overnight.
  : It was a little noisey in the morning due to the fish merchant next door although this wasn't an issue for me as I was leaving early.

  : Late breakfast was the only thing that let it down as a business traveller 10.00 am is too late for breakfast. But if you were on holiday if would be fine

  : The location right by the harbour and the wonderful views our to sea.
  : The fire exit light in the room, which is very bright and kept waking us. The pillows weren't very comfortable.

  : Good location, friendly staff, good food. We have stayed here previously when in Arbroath but with this experience this is definitely our last!
  : We booked the Captains Cabin as no other rooms available. On opening the door it absolutely stank like wet dogs, the smell emanating from a stained sofa. There were numerous dirty paw prints on the table top right next to the tea and coffee stuff. We could not get any wi-fi and theres no mobile signal in that room. Went to raise the issue with staff who said the wi-fi was faulty and didnt work and the room had had dogs in but it had been cleaned - they werent interested that it stank or had clearly not had dirty paw marks cleaned. We have previously had a cooked breakfast but as that didnt start until 10am (half of the morning gone and we were desperate to leave that room) we ate elsewhere.Used to be great this place but it has deteriorated. Appalling service to still charge 110 for what we experienced.

  : Pleasant accommodation right by the sea with a very good restaurant on the ground floor. A rear staircase leads to the upper floor with the individual rooms. Everything was neat and clean and the heating also worked perfectly. Window with sea view. Parking is possible directly on site. Recommended!
