  : Fitted out to a high standard. Near facilities and harbor. Plenty of hot water. Sunny fairly private outside sitting area through patio door.
  : When we arrived we felt that the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. For example, bath seemed dirty & hairs in plug hole - has to clean before use; mats and floors downstairs had particles on them so probably hasn't been swept or hoovered property; mat at patio door soaking wet; encrusted food on spoon in drawer; oven and microwave looked dirty with spilt food on them. There is a hot water tap rather than a kettle in the property. Great for coffee and other things, but as the water isn't quite boiling didn't find it satisfactory for making a good cup of tea.
