  : excellent location.walkable to restaurants etc.good walks from doorstep.good views from bedrooms
  : Travelling with family.Not enough sofa space for everyone .Also only top bedroom had functional wardrobe and drawers. the two middle landing room drawers and wardrobe looked nice ( in a shabby chic way).....but not very usable.difficult to open /close drawers /wardrobe door stiff and hinges felt loose so didn't use any of them.

  : We could not increase the central heating temperature even though owner visited to try and fix it for us

  : Really comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Hosts were helpful and location is great for Ambleside
  : Car parking is difficult and the central heating system is impossible to understand.
