  : A little chilly of an evening, a few throws for the leather sofas would help. No towels which I hadn't realised before travelling, so had to buy whilst there

  : Extremely dated and worn furnishings and decor.Every room needed a thorough clean from cobwebs hanging from the ceiling to thick dust on the skirting boards windows and doors frames Food on the floor under the dining tableDirty fridge and oven Surfaces that had been wiped i.e mirrors and tv the wrong product had used as they were covered in streaks Not sufficient hot water for the amount of guests to use the shower. As we were attending a wedding near by some of our party had to have cold showers when we all needed to use the shower in one morning Black mould throughout the bathroom no extractor fan The carpet throughout needed a good clean

  : very convenient location for exploring the area & potentially a really lovely comfortable cottage if deep cleaned. Wellstocked cottage, comfortable beds and some lovely touches.
  : lovely cottage, unfortunately it was very dirty - we had to clean everything before we used it, in particular the kitchen was filthy. oven and kettle both broken on arrival &no information about how to contact the owners/manager to fix. I dont want to have to start my holiday by scrubbing the kitchen before I can use it.

  : The cottage is much bigger than expected and comfortable especially the bed in the master bedroom. A good base to explore Northumberland.

  : parking is a problem at times if you have two cars

  : Location was great. Lovely homely cottage. Close to Seahouses and Alnwick. Great facilities in the cottage. - lots of mod cons which were really appreciated. Friendly neighbours too.
  : Shower needs a little maintenance - temperature kept fluctuating.Bathroom needed cleaning - black mould around shower head and screen. Nothing major - just needed a bit more attention to detail. Just very minor issue.

  : The location was perfect, pity local pub not open the nights we stayed we had a small drive to headlam excellent for food
  : Extractor fan in bathroom needed and slip mat in bath for showering.
