  : The beds were very comfortable, the bedding and towels very good. Couldn't ask for a better location.
  : The kitchen and bathroom were not clean. The cooker hood was very dirty, as was the fridge. The bathroom floor and toilet wasn't clean. The bin in the garden was completely full of rubbish.

  : We checked out after 1 night as the stairs in the property were unsafe. Have phone 3 times emails twice as well as texting and still waiting for a reply from booking agent

  : Exceptional location in central Aldeburgh (just be aware it's approached by steps). Nice and clean with simple, modern decor. Good sized rooms for a small cottage, very nice shower room, pleasant little yard to sit out in. Good sized comfortable beds with good linen and loads of towels provided.
  : The seating in the living room was a bit uncomfortable and the TV on the small side. The kitchen was missing a microwave (unless it was tucked away somewhere and I didn't spot it) but otherwise had everything you'd need. The floors upstairs all had a marked slope which made getting to sleep a bit tricky at first.

  : Great location in the heart of Aldeburgh, clean, comfortable and well equipped with plenty of beds.
  : Took a while to warm up, especially the bathroom but think it was a particularly cold weekend. Door handles really hard to turn to open doors inside house.

  : Brilliant location in the heart of the town but also quiet with a well equipped kitchen
  : Unfortunately the only sofa is extremely uncomfortable and the beds are on a slight slope due to the upstairs floorboards so I didnt sleep well.

  : I think they need a stair rail, painted stairs and I think this could be dangerous for children elderly snd anyone with a disability the address could be clearly shown at the top of the stairs behind the property where we had to park a sign to the address entrance to high street and West Lane?

  : It hadnt been cleaned before we arrived. It took 2 hours to sort organise a solution. Alternative accommodation was a room at a hotel above the bins & car park. Lots of recycling emptying and bottle deliveries early in the morning. Air Manage Suffolk hadnt paid for alternative accommodation so I had to sort that out and they tried to charge us for Prosecco we hadnt had. Finally got access to the accommodation, only 1 bed had been made with clean bed linen, the rest had just been remade, cobwebs everywhere. Dishwasher didnt work. I appreciate mistakes can be made but the solution was a complete mess causing a significant amount of stress. Unfortunately Air Manage Suffolk havent bothered to call me to discuss any aspect of this.
