  : Easy parking, large room and huge bathroom, very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy bed.
  : My only issue with my stay was the cleanliness. There was some mould in the bathroom, the windows were very dirty, drawers were broken and there were cobwebs around the room. I wanted to have a bath as it was huge and looked great in photos but wasnt able to rinse it first and didnt trust the cleanliness.

  : Good location, big room, staff available whenever we needed, bar and food available all day. My husband said the meat feast pizza was absolutely delicious. Locals in the bar were friendly and seemed to really love the staff.
  : Damp in main room and bathroom with black mould visible, wet windows and bathroom flooring. Broken toilet seat, broken bath tap, shower did not drain efficiently and had to be switched off after a few minutes to avoid overflowing on to the floor. Bedroom radiator only worked intermittently, TV was extremely dusty. My sister said there was a dead spider in her bath and dead flies on the bathroom windowledge. There was no way to rinse the bath (shower was in a cubicle) so she didnt have a bath, even though shed booked the deluxe room because it looked so appealing in the picture.Expensive food for what it was (8 for some overcooked calamari as a starter). I asked for a veggie breakfast and it was just no meat and only one egg. The second morning I asked for two eggs and they said usually it would be served with those. Staff were quite friendly but one in particular was clearly stressed out and snappy with us and other guests. Luckily, we were the first to check in and were told breakfast was between 7-9am so we chose 9am. But my sister checked in the next day and was told she couldnt have hers at 8am as shed requested and it would have to be 9am. We heard other subsequent guests being told it was only served around 9am as well. I appreciate that we stayed over Xmas and it was a busy time. However, I paid a decent price and expected more. This was a very underwhelming experience and I would not stay here again.

  : The staff were really friendly and accommodating and could check us in early. They were quick.and efficient and we could book an exact time for breakfast. The food portions were good and the food was nice and definitely need to do more Korean food. The bath was awesome.
  : The room didnt match what we selected online. It was a deluxe double but we had specifically poxked and oaid for the room we wanted online.The room was cold and we had to ask for the heating to be switched on. The heater in bathroom didn't work at all and the plug in the bath was broken. The TV wouldn't connect and was pixilated the whole evening. We booked breakfast and when we went in in the morning we weren't offered any choice and got a full English. This wasn't so much of a problem for one of our party as that's what he would have ordered but I wanted a small egg on toast or beans on toast. There was no veggie or vegan option discussed which would be a big problem for some people.
