  : We were given an upgrade to the cottage which was lovely, the layout was great and was very spacious.
  : The cottage didnt look as though it had been cleaned prior to our arrival, we had to hoover the downstairs due to there being food, cobwebs and lots of dead bugs/spiders everywhere when we arrived. The bbq was absolutely filthy so we opted to use the cooker instead. The hot tub could of done with a good clean, lots of bugs and scum marks around the edge.

  : The scenery
  : On my way to the booking, I received a phone call off them to tell me that they hadn't got my booking for the two nights, only for the Saturday night and they didn't have no other accommodation for me and I would have to find alternative accommodation for the one night. I was not happy about this and asked for a full refund, amazingly a room became available once a full refund was asked for. They allowed us to stay in there four seasons hotel which was alright. When arriving at the "cabin" we was pleasantly surprised by the view. The hot tub had to much chlorine in it.The remote control for the television was broken. The shower was diabolical...it would go ice cold to kettle hot...absolutely impossible to have a shower. We couldn't even shut the bathroom door until the bed had been pushed over. The gap to get around the bed was a tight squeeze also and having the television on the wall did not help squeezing around the bed.

  : Very disappointed, rugs soaked in cat urine, smell was awful . Dirty floor, mouldy food under cupboards and bed . Used sanitary towels outside!!! , not dog friendly at all , dog became ill from eating mouldy food left behind.No cooking utensils!? Blood stain on pillow case . Sunken floor and mould in bathroom, no extra towels blankets and 1 toilet roll for 7 night's? .Worst place I have ever stayed.My dog is still poorly from used tampons left outside.Disgusting ! Worse place I have ever stayed. Not dog friendly,no fencing and dangerous. Complete rip off , dirty and disappointing

  : Not very well sign posted off the roadDid not get what we payed for, accommdation wasnt cleaned or prepared for our arrival.The cabin was full of cobwebs and spiders and cold understandably under a tree but still it looked like it hasnt been cleaned for a while.The only cooking facility there was a old microwave a toaster and a kettle with no condaments available.The shower room as u go through the door . The floor has given way and only the joints are there to stand on. The whole cabin is quite draft as havent been sealed properly.There are no local shops. the only pub is approx 15 min drive away and the falcon Inn Pub as stated is closed.The stay was not good value for money!

  : The area and view from the cabin was not pleasant. Dirty, looked like no one is taking care of the outside bit. The cabin was green, needs painting. The hot tub was not working properly and its very old. Theres no light where the hot tub is and the lights from hot tub are not working. There is light next to bbq and its set for 5/10 mins (move).

  : Lovely and cozy on the inside, hot tub was amazing! Some pretty views depending on where you stand!
  : Upon arrival the cabin was painted brown instead of the lovely wood colour. BBQ could do with a clean also a knob missing from the BBQ and wouldnt light on the left hand side. The table outside had a burn mark on it and not sturdy. Hot tub lights didnt work! No lighting by the hot tub which means its in pitch black, we had to get an extension lead and the bedside lamp to put outside so we could enjoy the hot tub. The only light outside for the hot tube is motion sensor! The light by the parking bit did not work at all. Dust around the bottom of the lamps, quite a few cobwebs in the cabin, dust behind the tv on the wall mount. Dirty blind, black stain on bathroom door at the top and on the other side of the door was dirty. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels, loo roll holder was flimsy! The shower head holder was broke and was held up by a hair band! Hairs the shower. Not enough room to walk at the bottom of the bed, me and my partner kept whacking ourselves on the tv, also the tv remote didnt work. There is a tent opposite the cabin and if someone was staying in it the cabin/hot tub wouldnt be private! The fence round the hot tub could be doing with being higher as the bushes are over grown. Heaps of mud piles right over the wire fence. Only sink to use would be the bathroom sink as no kitchen facilities. I would definitely say this is over priced for what it is.

  : Hot tub lights not working so couldnt use in the evening, tv remote also not working. Didnt not get told where the key was so sat outside the cabin for 20 mins ringing.
