: Breakfast very good. Waiting Staff very good.
: Evening meal a complete disappointment. Took 40 minutes between finishing starter and having to chase staff eventually to get main meal. Total of 90 minutes from seating down till getting to this point. Taking into account Co-Vid issues this was pretty bad. Had the Sea Bass, which ended up being a quarter of a fish and at £27 there was obviously a world wide shortage! Nothing special about it either. My wife had a Lamb dish which was again nothing particularly worth writing about. In summary I have had better "Gusto" meals than from this restaurant.

: The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped.
: I had to clean the bath out on arrival as there was dust and hair left behind. We had to wait 20 minutes for our table to be ready which in itself is fine however we were told the reason for the wait was a VIP was at our table and they had arrived late. This was really quite upsetting as I assume as a paying guest I am paying the same amount of money for the experience, yet as a non-famous person it’s acceptable to make me wait. I do appreciate that this is sometimes just “how it is” in life, but it made me feel unimportant and dampened the experience for us (our wedding anniversary no less!).
