  : Coffee table broken, only 3 dinning chairs, floor in kitchen broken, cosmetic damage on walls etc. one bed too low to ground and uncomfortable could do with more pillows on both beds. Didnt affect our stay.

  : We were relocated from this flat to Queens Highlands, Queens Road Aberdeen due to a broken boiler at the Riverside appartment. Communication was very good with rental company and we were happy that they offered an alternative. This review therefor is for 43 Queens Mansions. Secure parking. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Double bedroom and a twin (travelled with adult children). Quiet building. Easy access to all directions. Nice large floor area in living room/dining/kitchen. Very hot water for showers.Floor to celining windows in main area which the dog loved for watching the world go by!Elevator directly to each floor and to the car park. Handy for luggage to and from flat.Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher/oven/hob/microwave/washing machine.
  : Instructions on collecting keys and location of parking were confusing. Visitor parking was on different level to main parking so took a couple walks around and in building to find our way in and out! Only one fob for entry/exit which isn't convenient when all leaving/returning at different times.Entrance door to flat is a keypad which was tempramental if you're hesitant with inputting the code. It blocks and you have to wait for it to reset.Water tap in kitchen was not fixed to sink so rotates when you try to turn on. Back of one sofa was broken (looks like it's been sat on).Ill fitting floor hatch cover on floor beside large windows at dining table which could be potentially risky for a child or pet's foot/hand.Cutlery and crockery needing washing before use.

  : Was good location and the view from front window was nice
  : The nebourghs making a loud racket between 1am Upto 4am, there was long hairs in the shower before any of us used it, there was layers of dust over the ornaments. The tv in the living room only worked now and again, there was nothing about how to turn the heating on so had to figure it out for ourselves and there taps were opposite in the kitchen the red is cold and the blue is hot ! Mold in the shower also. No stock of toilet roll. 2 towels for 4 people booking to stay.

  : The view from the window and closing the door behind us when we left.
  : Had to contact AM/PM en route from Edinburgh as no info sent re access by mid day,had to travel into centre of town to office to pick up keys) ( although prior to arrival received umpteen E mails regarding payment,threatening exorbitant charges if removing so called luxury toiletries ( which consisted of two 20ml shower gel and shampoo- 15 each bottle charged if removed ,tho can be sourced from Amazon for 15 for 50!!!) and overstaying exit time ( their words (charges may be more than you paid for your trip even if one hour over).Sadly when contacted to put right the following matters no feedback!! KITCHEN-flooring/kickboard broken.No dishwasher as stated in folder.Mismatched crockery,broken cutlery. LOUNGE- buckled leg on dining table chair,very thick layer of dust over light shade,sideboard,even information folder.Rug not vacuumed,coffee table falling apart.EN-SUITE BEDROOM- Lamps and surfaces white with dust,Matress needs replacing,no mattress protector.Towel rail falling off wall.Toilet brush heavily stained and holder also heavily stained outside. BEDROOM 2- Mattress poor,bed very low.All surfaces thick with white dust.Mirrored wardrobe door cracked fully widthways.BATHROOM- toilet brush also brown inside and outside holder. LOBBY flooring loose which slides and is hazardous underfoot.

  : good location, clean, nicely decorated, everything u need in terms of TV, netflix
  : Only thing i could mention is that the kitchen light didnt work properly which made it really hard to use the kitchen to cook etc at night
