: . - . - . Here I am switching to English - hopefully to get someone from booking.com to react. We have stayed in this hotel initially for 2 nights. Location was good, so despite less satisfactory service in the restaurant we decided to stay longer. I went to reception to ask the lady if we can use the same room. She replies NO but she was about to offer similar room nearby. Before going to reception I checked on booking.com and there were rooms available. I found receptionist behavior rather strange, but I decided to did the booking anyway. After I did the booking (thought booking.com) and was about to leave the reception the lady asked me if I am staying, so I replied yes, and told her that I just prolonged the booking on a booking.com. She literally blasted. Started to talk to me quite impolite. Then she said that since I used booking.com she will settle us in other building inconvenient one to compensate the commission they have to pay. I just left the reception. After they moved us it was clear the room we were provided is of lower class then I paid. I paid for the room with separate entry from the yard (means ground floor) but we instead received a room on upper floor, and the room itself was awful (pictures attached). On my remark that we paid for another room and there must be separate entry the receptionist just made a creepy smile and said that this is a room we should get The remaining of the vacation we spent in hotel nearby (literally across the fence) better price option, really great restaurant as well as whole staff. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone because of rude staff. If of cause arguing with staff is something you would like to experience in your vacation.
