  : Many cats. Elevators always busy. Staff does not understand or barely understand English. Cleaning rooms should improve.

  : I think the overall experience was excellent the staff, the food, the beach, and the hotel itself. The spacious grounds are a definite advantage, especially in the evening when you can explore various bars, lounges, and enjoy different activities. The weather was also pleasant! (September 2023)
  : I have a feeling that it was a bit overpriced. Additionally, the hotel doesn't provide airport transfers, which is a drawback. The la carte restaurant was so-so, and I didn't like the main dish. My recommendation is to try different restaurants. The restaurants in the main building and the deluxe building offer different experiences, and sometimes one is better than the other.

  : The family friendly ammenities and set up were perfect! Our kids particularly loved being able to go back and forth between kids club and the waterslides which were steps away. A special thank you to Melisa who welcomed our children and made them excited to go back each day. The club had all day activities from crafts, football, cinema, yoga, dancing, you name it. To make it even better, a kids snack bar was right in the middle. As parents we felt like we also had some quiet time to enjoy some unlimitted starbucks, have a drink or just read while the kids were in kids club. The food was also very fresh, varied and had a feeling like it was made by Grandma in the kitchen.
  : I do wish supper was offered earlier then 630 pm for families with young children and earlier lunch option for 1130!
