: Staff were really nice, helpful and welcoming. Hotel was also comfortable and clean with a great view of the harbour.
: It was too far from beach and very difficult to get to it. The restaurant was closed without informing us, we felt a bit trapped.

: Swan Lake is a top location with a high level of service. The quality of the food in combination with the price is real good. The place is quiet, has a marvelus view on the bay of Selemiye. The staff is great and very helpfull and everywhere so clean. We spent a great time in Swan Lake

: Views from our balcony 1.5 kilometres up a steep mountain. Room nice. Breakfast average. Nice pool.
: The distance from the beach is not 700 mts, it is 1.5 kilometres up a very steep mountain. Swan Lake purposefully mislead you. If you look at the questions asked to the hotel, the owner(Muso) replies 3 times its 500 meters to the beach. This is a very dishonest answer. There was no ala carte restaurant open as advertised for the 3 days we were there. Again misleading. If the restaurant is not going to be open, we should be informed in advance as we had to drive down the mountain to the restaurant and drive back, something we dislike in the evening.There is no tv or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. There was no internet in our room 2. Room cleaning takes place every 3 days. Breakfast is not self service and very misleading when asked whether you want orange juice, or coffee, but they dont tell you its extra until you get your final bill. When ordering drinks they gave us a small dish of nuts and then charged us 100 Turkish lira as well.Overall, we felt this hotel to be very underhanded, and extremely misleading with the distance to the beach. As experienced world travellers, we were pleased to leave as we did not like our experience and sadly cannot recommend.
