  : The rooms where very basic I had hard bed The bed linen and pillows when I arrived where soiled the room had a kettle and 3 glasses nothing else there was a fridge not even a bottle of water in as I arrived early morning no chairs in room only one English speaking TV channel and that was a made in turkey curtains all stained. air con blowing hot. air. bathroom was disgusting when I arrived and was the same when I left never got cleaned in a true manner lots of mould broken tiles etc All the rooms where bodged up and not repaired properly Meals where the same every day except for 2 or 3 items Pool areas where good but sunbeds old dated and dirty. WI FI unless in certain areas no reception music very loud around one of the pools. restaurant manager just clicked his fingers and shouted at the staff in there who did a good job but he was just a bully Staff where very good and helpful but housemaid that I had was useless
