: To get to the beach, you have to use shuttle bus (every 15 minutes). We decided to walk, not too far. The staff was not communicating much, maybe they did not know the language

: Everything, the staff were mean, the property had no flexibility in activities on beach, foods and bars. The free bar closes at 12 night its not 24 hours inclusive. The food wasnt good and no variety, and the pool water was too cold. No welcome or baggage assistance employees and bad customer service. They pretty much scam travellers. We will never go back to this hotel again.
