  : Rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool ,lobby, and dining area are clean and well maintained. The location is good for attractions, etc. Staff are very nice and polite. Food is reasonable (but repetitive).
  : Queuing for over 45 minutes for food at meal times and too many people at a sitting (as so many guests), so sometimes impossible to get a table or your choice of food as people take huge amounts and then you just have to wait longer. If you sit upstairs on the terrace to eat as no tables available downstairs, you will find yourself eating in the dark! I left my food several times because I couldn't see what i was eating as the lighting was terrible. I saw people using the torches on their mobile phone to see their food. There is no air conditioning in communal areas or the dining room, just a couple of fans at one end, so extremely hot, humid, and uncomfortable. The coffee was like water, and the machine broke down during our stay and was not repaired. Alcohol is extremely watered down. Neat spirits tasted 95% water, and I didn't meet one person who was happy with the Alcohol. When I complained and said we had paid for drinks in our all-inclusive and it shouldn't be watered down, I was told by the owner that he didn't care! The hotel is so busy and crowded you couldn't get in the pool sometimes as I counted over 40 people in what is quite a small pool. There are no parasols as there are fruit trees, which means you are either in full sun in the morning and shade all afternoon or vice-versa, you can't move sunbeds as crammed in like sardines! The sunbeds are difficult to get because people put towels on them at 5 am and then go out for the day, so the only thing getting a suntan is the towels and no staff monitor this or remove towels. Air conditioning in the rooms is not very powerful and in the wrong place (over the single bed). Whoever sleeps in the single bed gets cold, and everyone else is hot! And the rooms are definitely not suitable for self catering as advertised as equipment is either missing or faulty!WiFi is chargeable if you want it in your room, and it's per device, not per room, so it can work out expensive.

  : the location of the hotel was good but the breakfast was terrible always rolled omelette ,no toaster had to toast on a panini machine complained a few times but i was always told its a 3 star hotel by the owner absolutely terrible .
  : the swimming pool was full with 15/20 people very small always the same food some staff rude and racist the portions were small if you asked for more the chef would get angry looked like we were begging for food and kept on saying you indian.

  : Rooms very poorly lit. Asked for 4 bulbs to be replaced, and only one was done.Not very many bars in the area, 2 English bars, but not many smaller cosier ones so, caught the dolmus to the old town for some variety.

  : For the first week our drinks were limited on the all inclusive. Second week only found out from another holiday maker that you could now get cocktails and other spirits on your all inclusive. Wasnt notified by the staff of the changes.
