  : Beautiful hotel with a great choice of food and activities. We stayed as our family trip and the little had the best time.. We had the opportunity to book the rooms with the private pool and it was soo convenient. Big thanks to Murat who finds us those rooms at the last minute with the best rate. Also, thanks to Mahir from the Bakery who made sure we had tasty Vegan options along the whole stay.
  : The only downside is you have to book 2days in advance to dine in any restaurant which can be unfortunately if you staying only for few days; also the sushi restaurant is at an additional price per person. Not all pools are child friendly so considering to upgrade to the room with the private pool might be an option.

  : - I took three rooms in the resort for the period of my stay, and despite that, I found racism in the treatment, everywhere people are asked about nationality and where are you from, and when they know that you are Arab, the treatment changes! Whether in the restaurant, at the pool bar, or the burger restaurant in particular - In the restaurant, the waiter tries not to sit in the place he serves and tries to push you to another place In the bar at the pool, when a European requests any request, it is met directly, and when I ask, the employee goes to do a complete cleaning, and after five minutes the request is presented to you, and he does not look at you when you ask for the request. He hears from you while he works as if he does not want you to ask him for anything. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that there is 24-hour room service, but it turned out that each request costs 15 euros to deliver it to your room. The entire resort was not explained to me, which caused the loss of many activities, knowing that other nationalities are taking an introductory tour with them! I asked room service for ice and they said it is not possible that you like to go to the bar and the employee did not explain to me that it is possible to order for a fee, I went to the bar and when I asked him for ice he gave me leftover ice that is useless for anything, the level of service from 70% of the workers made me write this comment

  : nice pools, good access to the beach, good facilities on the beach, overall good and approachable staff
  : Soundproofing in rooms does not exist at all: I was hearing people talking, walking around their rooms, having s*x, flushing their toilets as if they were in my room, I had to go to bed at 1-2 am and wake up at 8 because of that. Food is mediocre: greasy, oily, overfried, cooked with cheapest ingredients. On the third day of my stay there I got food poisoning after eating in a la carte restaurant and spend 2 days on a couch. Even checkin did not go well - my card didn't work for the first hour until the technician replaced the battery in the electronic lock.

  : Excellent hotel. Everything was included (except for a sushi restaurant) which meant no silly exclusions for say certain drinks, etc. Great facilities with plenty of pools and a private beach area. Also lots of dining options. Staff have been very helpful especially after our flight home was cancelled.
  : The room was supposed to have a sea view but this was very limited as we were a long way from the beach. Rooms were not as sound proofed as ideally would like.

  : Location right behind the sea and 40 min walk or a 5 min taxi ride to the Side old town. Moderate size hotel, max 4-5 storey buildings. Lots of vegetation providing enough shade throughout the day. Comfortable rooms and facilities. Very good food offering: both buffet and thematic restaurants. Yoga and tennis. Support with transfer from/to Antalya airport or shopping facilities nearby.
  : The quality of the white wine at the buffet and the thematic restaurants was ok/good: e.g., the South African one: Chamelion chenin blanc.Red and rose wine at the buffet and the red wines deposited as gifts in the room are unfortunately of poor quality. This is a point that may easily be improved: either through using imported wines or Turkish wines of higher quality. Red wine choice on the la carte wine did not meet our taste; in particular the Jaffeline pinot noir from France really disappointed with the EUR 40 per bottle.Would have liked seeing at least one fish dish on the menu at the Sofra Turkish restaurant.Service level at the main pool bar requires improvement: guests sitting close to the burger corner/sushi cafe are frequently overlooked.Omelette offering at the buffet is very good. Would have liked shrimps as one of the ingredient options.Boiled eggs 3 min at the buffet are overcooked. Perhaps offer them upon individual order?Would have preferred evening concert music to end earlier, e.g. at 22:00 - for the guests to be able to go to sleep early.
