  : Great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ice cream was lovely, as was the pastries/snacks available between lunch and dinner. Short 3 minute walk to the beach, privately owned by Armas Bella Sun, great swimming pools and entertainment for all ages throughout the day. Clean simple but effective rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly.
  : Room cleaning was good but could have been a little better, some things weren't changed/checked as frequent as we'd liked. Had to ask for toilet paper twice where it hadn't been topped up that day (not a major problem) Bed sheets being changed a bit more frequently also would have been nicer. But all in all cleanliness of the rooms and resort was great.

  : I like the room size(it is called big room), cleanness, stuff reaction. The only good food is instant pasta. Mr. Efe and Mr. Omer from bars are doing great jobs. Thanks alot.
  : Food quality is very low. Lots of choose with bad taste. The smell coming from the dishwashing area is terrible. Dining area ventilation is bad. Stuff starts to collect food very early. If you are late, you will be hungry. Stuff are working in a bad condition and long hours, they don't look happy. Housekeeping visiting room without knocking the door twice and they said they are sorry.

  : The pool bar staff was great. The food was diverce so anybody could find something to eat. The entertainment crew was ..
  : My room was not cleand.. just got the sheets and towels changed.. not even a sweep to the floors.The loby bar tried to sell us a bottle of wine that they serve for free as its an all-inclusive hotel.We wanted to purches a good bottle of wine beyond the all exclusive, and they tried to give us the free wine for money.The bar tender and the receptionist were not nice, very rude, and unhelpful. When we tried to cancel the transaction, they were trying to make us look like we were in the wrong! When they were the ones selling us free all-inclusive wine. And just for your knowledge, there were 10 of us there.. so them explaining that the free wine is only free when ordered in a glass, but a bottle we have to pay.. if we each got a glass of that free wine we have used more then 1 bottle so that point is pointless, besides, we wanted a better wine, that is why we wanted to buy something, not drink the same feee wine that we did not like all that much..And it's not a user friendly if you have a lot of suitcases, you need to go down some stairs to get from the loby to the pool and rooms, there is a path around but its very steep.

  : Wifi in hotel was very good.
  : There was too much food but not so good, they shoud cook two or three dishes but good. Rise was almost never cooked always hard. All the food taste almost same as they were coooked in same paste Pool was so crowdy, people leave there towels in night to occupy space you will not find place to sit by pool if you wake up morning at 8. Only enterence of this Hotel is beautiful, inside its like a normal student hostel.
