  : Very friendly, very clean, very welcoming. Great location excellent daily service, towels provided. Ideal if you are younger and mobile, penthouse had plenty of room.
  : We were not aware the pool was closed, they told us about the restaurant not being open but not the pool or we would have changed. Requested ground floor room, as one has mobility issues but no ground floor bedrooms, no lift, just stairs.

  : I booked an one room apartment, as we arrived later in the evening we got a room. A very shabby room. The nightwatch communicated through Google Translate that the next day we would go to another place. I was too tired to really complain. Next day we got the topbuilding studio. Ok, but not what i booked long ago. What i really dislikes was that they did not contact me before arriving that they had giving the appartement to someone else. As i really like to have a seperate bedroom and not everything in one space. Looking back we should have left. The place is really fun down. The people working there speak Russian, no english or German. Only the owner. Somehow it all feels very loveless and indifferent. It looks good from the outside, but inside is very shabby.

  : Hospitality was at the highest level. For any request the reaction was quick and efficient. We felt like we were visiting relatives.
  : This claim is not to the hotel We were eaten by mosquitoes, even protective sprays only partially saved us.
