  : Horrible customer service. Upon arrival it was an extremely rainy/stormy night and my bags were out at the door entrance. The staff members did not bother to bring over the luggage when they saw us arriving. My wife and I had to drag them to the lobby. None of the staff in the lobby were wearing masks. During the nights the staff were drunk and they could not comprehend what Im trying to ask them. One staff member was chugging down a glass of alcohol while talking to me. Another had a horrible smell of alcohol coming from his breath while talking to me and looked very intoxicated. Dinner is until 10pm. We arrived at the hotel quarter to 10pm and we arrived to the restaurant right at 10pm to eat. They told us it is closed. We said we just came back from travelling and havent eaten all day is there any alternative? The staff member replied saying sorry bye bye. I only figured out later at around 11:30pm that there are alternatives. I placed my order and the food came back 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Cold chicken. Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism in this place. If they dont understand your English, they will literally ignore your requests and say ask someone else. They will completely ignore you and not try to help you. There is no iron in any of the rooms and you cannot request an iron. The only way to iron is to pay a fee per item which is a complete money grab since it is obvious that most of peoples clothes will be wrinkled in a suitcase after travelling. Will not come back and I do not recommend anyone to come to this resort unless you enjoy drunk and unprofessional staff.
