  : The hotel was in an amazing location and had great amenities! It was close to everything and right on the beach. The staff was so nice and upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the beach.

  : The room and its size were fabulous. The location of the hotel was superb, as well as everything around it. The hotel has a lot of potential.The shaved head hotel manager was attentive and listened and actioned complaints. He's a good hotel manager. He's very nice
  : The cleaner came twice to the room in a week. The second time, she only emptied the bin and did not mop or sweep nor replace the shower n shampoo bottles even after being asked, and she folded the sheet on the bed and left, Why was she in our room then?There was no hot meal choice for vegetarians only salad items so after 4 days of nothing and complaining to the young restaurant manager, I found and spoke with the Hotel manager who ensured I had some fish and other food items aswell as an omelette served at breakfast so I could eat there instead of having to go out and pay elsewhere, even though I paid for all inclusive.I did not like the wasps in and out of the restaurant. You couldn't relax to eat cos you're always fidgihg them. Again, i went to infinity next door to eat.Drinking glasses were absolutely filthy and had blatant lipstick marks left on them. I spoke to staff about this and all my other concerns, but they did not care and refused to let me know who the manager was, so I wouldn't complain. But I found him. My friend was charged 1300 lira = 45 for 3 towels that had hair dye and make up, by reception/ housekeeping staff on day 2. it took them 5 days to get back to her with the evidence of dye on the towels, which was the day we were leaving. We complained to the hotel manager and he told the reception/ housekeeping staff to return her money straight away!! The manager is a good manager. But his staff are rude, the restaurant staff laughed at my friend and called her ugly and regused her cocktailsbecause they could not be bothered to make them!This hotel has a lot of potential its really nice and is in a fabulous location, its bright and clean but the waiting/ bar staff will cause this hotel to crumble if the manager does put his foot down and replace the staff or train them in customer service. Christian from reception was really nice, keep him and make him receptiom manager. He knows how to speak to people..

  : The pool was small and dirty ! The pool area had no shelter or umbrellas. The beds were filthy in the pool area. The staff had a mix of really nice helpful people to really rude people that slammed drinks into the counter or didnt want any to crack a smile. The head waiter was lovely alway welcoming. The reception staff also had a mix the mature gentleman was lovely and always tried to help. But the women was rude and abrupt . Customer care could be so much better.

  : flies and animals all over the food everyday impossible to eat anything, we booked two days but left in the first day due to this problem staff did not try to resolve anything and booking dont refund the second day.

  : Location, staff, cleanliness. The man on reception was really nice, he upgraded our room from standard to deluxe. So we had a room with new furniture and beautiful sea view.
  : Food. Chicken dishes were really good, but other food was quite bad, especially breakfasts.
