  : It was near the beach
  : Where to begin. It was outdated and the pictures lied. Lets start with the room. I requested a king size bed, but we got two seperate beds that were awful. You could feel the springs of the mattress and we werent even probided proper blankets or even blanket covers just bed covers and quilts. The walls were thin as paper and you could see light through the door, that did not feel very secure. Otherwise the room was ok, but looked a little dirty. The food in the buffet was subpar, tasted like nothing and most of the time you couldnt even see what it was. Especially for someone who has dietary restrictions this was a huge problem. For an all inclusive hotel I thought they would offer at least some cocktails but all we got from the bar was diluted beer, bad wine, and vodka/whiskey/rakia mixed with soda or juice. The drinks included were awful to say the least, after a few of them you really got tired of it. The spa they advertized was not in the same building but instead a 7min walk away, which was odd but ok, I would have liked that this was told beforehand. The spa (at the kaila BEACH hotel was absolutely beautiful and professional). And lastly most nights they played awful music at night at the bar and they played it so loud that we could not sleep in the room that was on the 5th floor, because the doors were so thin. I came for a relaxing holiday, and if i wanted to party and drink poor drinks all day maybe this would be an ok hotel but for relaxarion it was not. Im quite dissapointed to be honest.

  : We've spent a great time there. We want to thank again Gizem and her team for their great attitude, attention and care. Our room was very spacious, clean and with wonderful sea and mountain view. Food was tasty and various. Kids were absolutely delighted with the pool slide, while we could enjoy morning turkish coffee. Beach is 5 minutes away!

  : Food was ok, room was pretty nice and hotel was clean, location near the see and the surrounding area cosy. Buses went just some meters from the hotel and the nice walking route to the city was just across the sreet. Receptionists were really helpful and friendly.
  : The noice was horrible before midnight for a bad sleeper. I had asked a room with a most quiet location and otherwise it worked but in the evening there was a show in a pool area with a really loud music. Because it was outside, the noice was all around the hotel. As well there was a mosque on the same street so you can hear all the calls to prayers. So if you want to go in bed early and have nice sleep, don't choose this hotel. But for those who like shows and loud music it's OK.
