: Property is in a good location, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants.Owner was one of the friendliest and helpful people you can hope to meet.Clean swimming pool.Kettle in room.
: Wifi was very slow.Aircon unit in my room was so noisy we had trouble sleeping.I stayed 2 nights and no free water was provided on 2nd day..Breakfast was very basic, just toast and eggs which for me was ok, but I am sure for many others it will be inadequate.

: Very friendly and hospitable host Mehmed. Always helped in all matters and was always happy to talk and to help. Delicious breakfasts, quiet location and very green area full of trees, very close to Ladies beach (5 minutes walk) and a dolmushe minibus stop to go to the city center. Supermarkets Carrefour and BIM in a just 3-minute walk. Close to all cafes and sea promenade of Ladies Beach. A small kitchen in the room and a terrace with access to the lawn. Free parking space for rented car.
: The rooms are very old and in need of renovation, the furniture is in poor condition. Not very well cleaned in the rooms - sand on the floor, towels are already heavily washed. In the bathroom there is only cold water in the sink, problems with hot water in the evenings after sunset. Few utensils in the kitchen - it's not really possible to cook on your own.
