  : Quiet at night
  : 1. You can only pay by card at checkin, but no warning at booking time2. Strong cigarette smell in all places, especially lobby and elevator. Smell stays in pillows and blankets in non-smoking room. Easy to explain by low smoking fine, only 300 liras3. You must leave your luggage at lobby entrance, then park underground and go up the stairs, no elevator from parking to lobby. Not enough parking spots underground and none on the street nearby. 4. We booked room with 1 queen bed, got 2 twin beds put together. Why offer this option then?5. Breakfast is 11$ extra, not worth its price

  : Staff members dont know english or russian. It is impossible to communicate with them.Also food was disgusting there was a hair in my meal.Hotel was definitely built a long time ago so facilities were not good

  : This is an amazing hotel for the price we paid. We were very happy with our choice to stay here. And unlike previous reviews- we didnt smell any smoke in our room or in the lobby. The wifi was really strong, the food (room service) was good and was a great price. The girl who checked us in was friendly, and so was the girl helping at breakfast and the girl who brought our room service.
  : Our shower leaked badly and flooded our bathroom floor. The sink drained slowly. The room was really hot and took a while to cool off. We requested an upper floor room when we booked but were given one on the 5th floor- which was high enough- but out of I think 12 floors that isnt really an upper floor. The hotel was usually quiet but sometimes you could hear banging in the hallways when doors were slammed.

  : Everything in the hotel was excellent. Staff were helpful specially one staff member SENA was extremely helpful and showed excellent customer service
