  : My vacation was ruined by my choice of this hotel for several reasons: 1) Upon arriving at the reception, I requested to communicate in English instead of russian. Regrettably, the staff's reaction was unfriendly, and their disapproving looks seemed to convey, 'Why did you come here, man?' 2) The rooms would be uncleaned and the refrigerator would be empty until you explicitly requested it from staff. 3) The hotel, as a whole, appeared worn out. We encountered issues like a partially working key card receiver in the room, fragile furniture due to age, and a pervasive scent of antiquity. It felt like a bright Dutch faade using in purpose to mask underlying issues. 4) The dining experience left much to be desired. The food was average like in typical Egypt, and the quality of alcohol was poor. While the menu may have appeared diverse on paper, the actual culinary experience fell far short of expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate the food a 6 and alcohol 3. 5) The icing on the cake of our stay was the behavior of russian guests who are the majority there (about 75%) who have visited the hotel for several years. They seemed to assume a sense of entitlement, turning their music on the max volume on the beach, using offensive language and gestures in public places, and showing indecent conduct when drinking more than needed. Be prepared for a deep dive into a russian world with its "best sides and benefits", to the world that lacks respect towards other visitors. In summary, my stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. It took me an additional week after returning home to distance myself from the negative experiences that buried my trip.
