  : Thermal pool and indoor pool is great. The reception staff is proactive and approached me on assisting airport pick up prior to check in.
  : WiFi is just terrible. Does not work 90% of the time. Especially when all the tour groups checked in at night. The hotel becomes very busy. Cleanliness: Whilst proceeding to room after check-in a plate of left over food was left outside our hallway. It was STILL there after check-out two days later. Staff: check-in and cleaning staff were friendly. The staff in the restaurants. Felt as if we doing them favors when we are the guests/ customers.

  : Brand new hotel, landscape is yet to develop, rooms are good, dining is a bit strange /because of covid it's a set dinner 4 course w/o choice, and frankly it wasn't enough, but I asked for a second help and they were happy to cater/, personell- genuinely lovely courteous people. This must be a perfect spot for a Turkish clientelle.
  : Indoor thermal pool- is pretty basic for the brand new development like this. Spa- booked for a foam Turkish scrub massage, got a mild soothing on the cold stone for 35EUR. /must have been a language issue, didn't bother to interrupt or complain/

  : Beds sheets were dirty, and the held marriage celebration in hotel which was too noisy and we couldn't rest. Also indoor pool was close to the rooms and it was noisy too.

  : I have to say that the restaurant service and food was exceptional. Always friendly and willing to assist
  : The wifi was extremely slow and at times non responsive especially when there were large tour groups. Most of the time there was no hot water. The spa staff is unfriendly and do not attend to you at all if you do not purchase their over priced spa services. Most of the time they hide behind the counter more interested in what's happening on their phones. There were times where nobody was nobody to supply towels. Hotel information is only in Turkish. Large tour groups were extremely noisy in the early hours of the mornings. Our room were never supplied with robes and slippers and the mini bar was empty. In general the staff comes as rude and cold.

  : A new and comfortable hotel near Pamukkale. Great overnight stay if you travel by car. Excellent for those who love taking natural thermal baths. Big swimming pool with a bar at the swimming level. Nice breakfast and dinner.
  : Located in the middle of nowhere. Nothing to do or where to walk beyond the fence. Water in thermal baths is rather muddy, needs some filtration if that is at all possible.
