  : Extremely friendly and helpful team at the hotel, from moment I arrived and despite my major language barrier (google translate coming to the rescue). Made me feel welcome and comfortable in an unfamiliar area. The team arranged a tour for me the following day no hassle and looked after my bag and kindly coordinated for the guide to then drop something back at the hotel which Id left in the tour bus. Teekkrler!
  : I liked everything. Not a negative, rather a comment for those considering where to stay in Kars. From what I saw, it is one of the more affordable hotels and good value for money in terms of location, services and stay. Rooms and breakfast are very adequate but obviously not the glitz of a 5-star hotel. Which suited me perfectly. My kettle didnt work and the team filled it up with hot water downstairs.

  : So not what we expected! The room we initially got was smelling of cigarettes, and this was despite the fact we had placed a request for a non-smoking room. The young gentleman at the reception was trying to be helpful and gave us many keys to check out the rooms, however all of them appeared to be smoking rooms. We initially settled for a suite, but the bathroom commode looked like it had been used and was not clean, and the towels too were ripped. Not a place we would recommend! However, the location was good we walked around mostly, even to visit the Kars castle, and we had some delicious goose in Kars and also visited a nice caf which served us complimentary fruit tea.
  : Overall, the hotel is a disappointment and we wouldn't stay here again! Also, all rooms had ashtrays, so this hotel doesn't qualify to have non-smoking rooms.

  : The warm welcome. I have stayed at this hotel before and on both occasions they allowed me to check in early without any issues. Its easy walking distance to the Main Street and all the import sites like Kars castle. They also help to arrange a taxi to Ani. There are staff who speak English
