  : 1. The yemeni guy working there is very good...2. The view and location are outstanding! But that's it!
  : 1. The room furniture looks very old, and not in an antique good way! The king bed is literally the same size as the smallest queen bed or as a large single bed...2. The owner switch off the heater at 10-12 degrees Celsius at 11 or 12 am. max, and my kids were freezing literally, which I considered shifting to a different hotel on multiple occasions.3. The owner did not switch on the heater in the second night out of our four night's stay at all that it caused my kids to get sick and cough heavily during the rest of our holiday despite me going standing in the freezing weather 2 times (with at least a 30 minutes wait each time until the reception comes or appear) asking them to switch on the heater and I kept getting empty promises, in one of the times from the owner himself that it will be working within 20 mins. Unfortunately, he did not. Most probably to save fuel or something!This should be merely a 2 star hotel. Both stars are for the view and location only... It was not worth the 1300 euros paid at all... I slept in 5 star hotels in Milan in front of the Duomo for much cheaper. I did not care about the price honestly as I do not set a budget on holidays as much as I cared about the availability of the basic requirements. However, the second day I confronted him in front of the yemeni guy working there to translate and instead of apologizing for not switching on the heater, he started an argument daring me if I can find a single hotel in uzungol that switches on the heaters!!Amenities: Two towels and 1 piece of tiny shampoo for 4 people! No tissues, no drinking water, However, you may find kitchen tissues, and a used dishwashing cloth.
