  : Pashas house is located in Sultanahmet area and is just a 10 min walk away from major locations like Blue mosque and Hagia sophia. The tram stop is nearby too. We could see the coast from the terrace and had a great walk to it. The rooms are exactly what they show in the pictures and they are clean. Their apartment is well-equipped and we used their kitchen to make tea in the morning. The bathrooms had a constant supply of hot water as well.
  : The AC could have worked better but it was alright since the weather was cold during our stay. The stairs are a bit steep and can be difficult for older people to climb and carry suitcases. And there wasn't any name board making it difficult for us to find their location the first time. However, the apartment is ideal for young families looking to stay in the main area with good facilities.

  : The apartments are not that bad (nothing too impressive though), and the employees (Kadir and Anna) are very kind. The location is not too far from the historic center.
  : Terrible experience on most levels.1. At first, I booked a family suite 1month (or more) before going, with a cancellation option. Right after the period expired and 1 week before traveling, the owner contacted me to say they dont have this room anymore, and he offered two separate single apartments instead.2. The address from booking and google maps is not the correct one.3. We arrived via taxi to the address given on booking and called the owner (after communicating the arrival time to him) but he never replied 4. We wondered around not knowing where to go for a while, until a kind stranger helped us get there (complete luck that he knew where he should take us) otherwise we had to book a night at the hotel that night5. Too noisy during the night, people shouting, noises from the owners kitchen (below the apartments)6. When I met the owner the second day, he approached me trying to apologize (more like justify) very aggressively saying things like im not a robot, mistakes happen, youre in turkey, this happens. Instead of admitting the mistake of not responding to our calls and not giving us the correct address to get there, he just kept aggressively justifying that his phone was on the charger every time he saw us, which was very disrespectful and aggressive.

  : The apartment is in the heart of the city. The immediate area is very cozy and perfect for experiencing local life. The apartment is SUPER comfy and cozy. The apartment manager has zero English but is 100% willing to help, that's not easy to find and always very nice.
  : The host gave us the wrong address and had to deal with finding the correct address at midnight. We were left some 600m from the correct spot. The taxi driver had a "fight" over the phone with the host. All got resolved but it makes up for a rather uncomfortable situation. It would've been ok if we were backpacking. All my taxi drivers said the neighborhood was dangerous (it was ok for us and the locals were very nice, ZERO issues). Probably won't stay here again but I recommend it for your first time in Istanbul!!
