  : There are only two things good in this property. There are only 2 staff out of everyone who were really kind Sama and Arhan. The other good thing is that it was close to my Haliç University which is a good option if u want somewhere to stay while you sort your things out, and the view was good the location was good because of Haliç park on the opposite side.
  : All of the other staff were very unkind. They charge so much for laundry and they bring the clothes really wet. They also lost one piece from the clothes I gave them. Their breakfast is as bad as it can get very little options and not all people can eat what’s on the table. If you come late then no breakfast for you even if you paid for breakfast. On some days their cleaning was really really poor.

  : what we first noticed is that the whole hotel including the rooms is very dirty. the rooms look out to a dirty roof with a lot of garbage on it. the window cannot be opened because the noise from the kitchen is unbearable 24/7. the cleaning lady cleans the floor with one of the towels. she clearly did her work with great reluctance. In addition, the air conditioning was not working. the room was 26C degrees and we almost suffocated. After a few days of complaints and poor communication, we finally got another apartment. the apartment was in a basement, no windows or view at all. everything was very dirty, the carpet was full of glass. we asked so many times for a vacuum cleaner but it never came. cleaning lady came by and said she would like to have our clothes and just took some food from our fridge twice. she also asked about our income. the outside of the hotel is very dirty. no flowers in the flower boxes as on the website, everything is dried out and very dirty everywhere. we had no choice and had to stay 14 days because they wouldn't refund us the money otherwise we would have left very quickly. of the staff only Sema was huplvol but she depended on the management who clearly don't care.the elevator was broken all the time which was very scary.there is no open buffet breakfast at all as promised. you get a pathetic board with only a few pieces of cheese and egg and they don't even have a knife to grease.when we checked out found out later in the day that they charged extra 90 euros for no reason. only after calling booking.com and their interference did we get our money back.
