  : I didn't like beds they were uncomfortable. Pillows as well. It is too loud as well.

  : They have more than one property and some of them dont have elevator but as a consumer I couldnt find which property is coming with elevator and which one doesnt have.

  : The room was very dirty and didnt have basic facilities. The stairs were awful specially for older people I dont recommend at all. smell of cigarette all the time. one of the bed was broken. thin windows hear all noise in the street at nights.

  : Location near Taxim Square and Istaklal Street. Office reception people helped to carry some bags to the rooms.
  : Building in narrow street. We had three rooms booked together and upon arrival, found that the accomodation is split in two buildings on adjacent streets thus all family members would be at a distance. Old buildings with narrow circular stairs only and rooms alloted were on third and fourth floor thus a big hassle in absence of elevator specially for older family members. Bathroom was moldy and overall dirty. Heavy smoke smell in our room and room not ready upon arrival. Bit resistance from office staff when requested for additional pillow and blanket (thin like bed linen or towel).

  : Easy to find, responsive staff
  : The location is kinda sketchy. I mean yeah, although its not far from Taksim but the neighborhood is surrounded by slum-like houses, lots of hookers on the street and in general not the experience you expect to get looking at the photos of the place. The only reason we stayed once we saw it was the fact we were too tired after 11hrs flight, Never again.
