  : The owner is probably among the few people in all of Istanbul who can understand and speak good English. He is always there to help you with questions and problems. He either takes care of them himself or will send someone. In our case, it was the water heating system that kept needing to be calibrated, and the owner was always there to help with it. The kitchen was equipped quite well in comparison to the other places I have been in so far. There is daily cleaning, you can walk barefoot in the apartment, so do not walk in with shoes.
  : It is a bit loud at night due to the location and the club that works from 23:00 to 06:00, but soundproof windows would solve that problem. Nevertheless, my family was able to sleep because they were used to it. Closing the bedroom door also helped block the noise. The knives in the kitchen could be sharper.

  : The host Evier has excellent communication skills in English.
  : The photos are different from the ones on the site. Theres a night club behind the building and operates 7 days a week so the loud banging noise lasts till early morning. The place has everything you can think of but rotten and old. It needs new furniture and deep cleaning. The views are bad from front and back.

  : Immaculate hotel near vibrant Taksim. Enver, the star manager, is your local expert & problem solver. Sparking clean rooms & fresh towels daily make this a relaxing city escape.
  : While the hotel had many appealing features, two significant disruptions made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay: 1. Noise: Unfortunately, the constant loud music from a nearby club throughout our four-night stay significantly impacted our sleep. Despite noticing mentions of noise in other reviews, we had hoped it wouldn't be too bothersome. However, it effectively prevented us from getting a good night's rest. 2. Water Leak: In the middle of the night, we encountered a water leak from the ceiling in several spots. Thankfully, Enver responded promptly and managed to fix the issue before any damage occurred. However, it was certainly an unwelcome surprise and disruption to our sleep. Despite these challenges, the hotel had several positive aspects that would have made it an excellent experience had these issues not occurred. It would be beneficial for potential guests to be aware of the potential for noise disturbances, especially those seeking a particularly quiet environment.

  : The flat has absolutely everything you need to feel at home in Istanbul: washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from Taksim square, where you can take the public transportation to anywhere else in town. We were a bit worried about the noise after reading other comments here, and I am happy to say - although we always sleep with earplugs when we travel anyway - we didnt hear any noise at all from the street during our 1 week stay. Lastly, we cannot thank Enver enough for all the precious help and advice he gave us! He really makes all the difference in making you feel at home.
