  : The kitchen did not have plates or bowls. Also no sponge and soap to clean up with.

  : The staff's behaviour was extremely unprofessional and unethical.At check in, they were not there when they said they would be.When staff finally turned up for check in, they argued argressively with other customers trying to check in and were racist to those customers. The did not initially give us the number of rooms I booked. Furthermore, they took my booking reference number at check in and I believe they used this to fake a review on my behalf after I checked out. I am writing this review after their fake review was reversed.I believe most reviews are fake. I would strongly advise against staying here!

  : The staff was more than welcoming, friendly all the way, always eager to help and provide with some tips about the city, checked us in earlier, let us store the luggage until the very evening. In a word - they're the only reason to get back to this hotel. Sadly the staff personnel doesn't do much in English department, only one person spoke it well enough. It was probably a good value also, only 40$/night is cheap I guess, considering the location is almost the heart of the city. The graffiti images of Instanbul on the walls everywhere make it easily the best outside looking hotel I've stayed at.
  : I didn't like the room one bit. To begin with, I booked the room with a garden view, the website says it's 28m when in reality it's hardly 15, very tiny. There's only one photo of the room I ended up with on Booking.com - all the rest were of some other, much better looking room with a garden view. There's a tea pot but the cups were dirty, there's tons of sugar but no tea. TV doesn't work, the wire that was supposed to be in it was unplugged and I didn't know how to put it back in. The fridge does the fridging pretty good and so does the AC. Wi-Fi is fast though. The worst of all is the bathroom: oh my god. The shower is with the toilet and sink together in one tiny bathroom so when you take a shower water is everywhere, and I mean everywhere, the drain is clogged and sometimes water runs out to the bedroom. The cherry on top would be the water temperature: it's almost impossible to set properly; either it's hellfire hot or ice cold, no in between but when you do get the temperature just fine it doesn't last long and I don't like contrast showers that much. Neither trash nor linen and towels were replaced throughout the whole three days but I guess they don't do that if you stay short term. Overall hugely disappointed.

  : This was the worse room we ever had! Please be careful, if you have any allergies or asthma, stay away because it's full of mold n every corner of the house. I was sneezing all night long and I was counting the hours until the morning so we can leave the room.This is not something you expect when you go in vacation. Also, they didn't let us drink beer on the front garden/ terrace. They made us feel bad just because we wanted to celebrate our wedding aniversary and my husband bday. I understand their rules and religion but having 2 beers at the end of the day can't be that bad... We regret this stay... When we left for the airport, one of the guys n charge recommended for us a taxi driver for a specific amount of lira but when we got there, he asked us to pay more because the route was difficult and he passed over a bridge to drive faster, so not even the recommendation wasent good.... What can I say , awful, stay away from this" hotel" !
