  : Excellent location - walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia sophia and grand bazaar. They went out of there way to accommodate our vegetarian breakfasts. It is a charming venue (when they give you the right room) and the staff are good. The restaurant is also very good and well priced for dinner/lunch.
  : They gave us the wrong room when we checked in which was terrible. They did give us the right right room the next day. The electricity often tripped which led to there being no warm water one of the mornings (geyser had tripped and they forgot to reset it).

  : Its like living in a tiny ottoman palace. The rooms are huge the bathroom is like Ottoman bathroom (in a positive sense). The staff are helpful but english is very low. They try understanding you with guesses and presumptions. The breakfast is very basic. Any one looking for luxury and glass and world clocks and uniformed 24/7 reception, this is not the place. For me, will come again and again because I am fond of old school Inn type places. Mr. Fateh is a rock star! And if you stay here and use taxis to go around, its a pity!!! USE CHEAP PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
  : The breakfast is not a buffet and it starts at 830. When you arrive at the dining hall, they will serve breakfast after seeing you and bringing things one by one. So if you are bound to somewhere, the breakfast will take its time to come, so plan ahead.

  : Nothing! The only thing that kept us there is the treatment of 2 lovely workers who were very helpful. They worked so hard to help us and went out of their way to ensure we are happy, which meant staying behind after their shifts to help us out. If it wasn't for them, we would not have stayed a moment in this hotel!
  : Im re-posting my review for the 3rd time, as it got removed after I made a complaint about this hotel. The hotel responded to my complaint with false information telling Booking.com that I reserved a room for 3 people but we were 5, and that we broke a window, which isnt true!! I made another complaint to Booking.com who have been extremely supportive and provided me with another link to re-post my review: -We were given a completely different room, less beds and much smaller than what we paid for. -I attached a picture of breakfast served to us, which is not what we paid for at all! -Breakfast is supposed to be served at 8am; but it was not ready on time some days as we had trips arranged and we needed to have our breakfast on time, but the restaurant was empty with no workers or anyone at desk and we had to keep going back and forth looking for them to serve us breakfast! We then had to ask for it to be packed as we were late for our trip. -We once were given 3 pancakes for breakfast and when we asked for more, we were told we can only have 3! -We were treated terribly by the manager and another staff member who completely refused to give us the room we paid for. We were very firm on it though and after long conversations for hours, they agreed to give us the room we paid for, which was not clean. Check-in was 2pm, but our room was not ready until around 6pm! -The manager discriminates, as he asked me where I'm originally from; so he is treating people based on where they come from! -Every time we leave the key for our room to be cleaned, we find it unclean and we have to keep asking for it to be cleaned! -There was a lizard in our room. When we informed them about it, we were mocked and blamed for opening the window as the lizard came in through the window!!! -I spoke to other tourists and I was informed that since management has changed, this hotel's service has become very bad.
