  : Good breakfast and great view from the balcony. Great location, few minutes from major attractions, but still quiet area.The staff was very helpful. I made a booking mistake and booked two nights too many, but after contacting the account manager they could refund the extra nights.
  : The six-bed dorm was a bit small/crammed. Some guest used two lockers instead of one, so I couldn't really put my luggage anywhere.

  : I booked two rooms as I was travelling with my family. The double room with a French balcony was acceptable, and I would rate it an 8 out of 10. Unfortunately, our other room, a standard double, showed extensive signs of wear and tear. Everything in it needed immediate replacement. It was definitely not worth the money we paid. If it hadn't been for the cleanliness, we would have left. We liked the staff and the area where the hotel is located, very close to the Hippodrome. The rooms are big enough and clean. The beds are comfortable, even though they are very high (we joked with our mother as she is rather short- that she needs a ladder to climb into it). The breakfast is very good, although it is the same menu every day and it is served to you on a plate, not having the possibility to choose what and how much to eat, like at a buffet.
  : In the room, the furniture was scratched, and the walls were damaged. The air conditioning filters were clogged with dust. A strange, dirty sponge lay on the lower part of the door, having fallen off. The once-white towels, though hopefully clean, displayed signs of wear and an odd colour from years of use and washing. The bedsheet had a tear and holes in one corner. In the bathroom, the radiator was covered in rust. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the toothbrush holder was missing - only a few screws in the wall hinted that there used to be something there. There wasn't even a glass in the room. The faucets were not made of stainless steel, which wouldn't be an issue if the material they are made of hadn't started to erode and fall off. This was a very disappointing experience. The overall impression is one of neglect and a lack of interest in the comfort of the guests. We didnt ask for problems to be solved, as they couldn't be fixed on the spot and it wouldn't change the fact that the room is far too expensive for the conditions it offers. From our pout of view urgent repairs are needed before accommodating other guests for this price.

  : Our reception at the hostel was terrible, we arrived late. We asked if there was anything open. The receptionist said no, but offered to order food over the phone. We said yes, for payment by card. He said he didn't have it. We ordered a mere kebab and a salad with fries. Which would cost a maximum of 300 or 400 Turkish lira. He charged us 20 euros. And he didn't call us to pay the delivery man. He did the intermediation. Not satisfied, he kept trying to sell us tourist packages at 2 am. I felt injured by this conduct, because obviously this snack was not 20 euros.

  : The reception- Osman was very friendly and very very helpful. We loved him and his family who run thw hostel. The room - was tiny but we were in and out just to eat and sleep so it's alright. Osman obliged and had a locker placed in our room. The bathroom- was super tiny but functioning with water pressure being good, and everything at your hands reach if sitting on the throne..that tiny!Location - this was the best part. It is close to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia..200 mtrs perhaps. Tram is close by, A good, reasonable souvenirs shop nearby run by an old man..I forget the name. Breakfast - We loved the view from the terrace. Absolutely stunning. The breakfast was the same for the 3 days we stayed. Although yummy, a little variation can help.All in all a good, comfortable stay.
  : Nothing major..having a trash can in the room would help both us and the owner.The bleach used to clean the room was overpowering. I think this is everywhere in turkey. We had to gasp for air in the room. Left the window open. The hotel owner, I assume in good faith, suggested a tourist agent nearby to book our sightseeing at Cappadocia called 'Paras agency'. PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR THIS AGENT IF SUGGESTED BY THIS HOTEL!!! Felt cheated by this tourist agent.
