  : Nothing, the room was innaceptable for guests, no breakfast, the service customer was poor.
  : The room looke worst than a prison cell. I asked them to change my room when i arrived, they told me they will cahnge it in the morning. I went to the reception in the morning, they said the room will be ready a few hours later. I went to the reception again, they said all the rooms are booked, only tommorow they can change it. So, they changed the room for the last night. The new one was ok, not comparable to the first one. When i arrived i asked for business invoice for my company. They said, tommorow. I went to the reception, they said the invoice will be generated when i check out. I asked to do it now because i will be in a hurry to the airport. They said that's not possible, only when i check out. I went to the reception before the checkout, there was a lady who didn't speak english, she called her boss and he gave her instructions to do my invoice. She couldn't do my invoice so i left and i asked for a whatsapp number to contact them after that and to send me the invoice. She gave me a number but at that number nobody is answering. So, it's a bad hotel with bad conditions with poor customer service, without breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it ti nobody.

  : Ver bad hotelThey cancelled booking on the day then claimed its cancelled due to not showing up. When I arrived at 6 pm they said they are fully booked. The guy at the reception took me to another hotel across the road. Room was so dirty . Sheets were not replaced from previous occupant. Noise were every where all the time. The hotel hired a teenage guy who did not speak English at the reception and on top if that was rude.

  : The location only. Usually someone at the Reception.
  : There were many bedbugs. The manager said he could not take the money from my bank account and asked me to pay cash which I did. I have since discovered he then took the money from my account on the day I left. I have not found a receipt; and I believe he did all that deliberately.
