  : It is the only location where I didn't like anything at all. Let's say that the host (Mr. Sam) was ok from the point of view of hospitality, but we found out at the end what the purpose was: upon leaving the location, he asked us to give him 10 points on Booking. Hence the very high score big on Booking, otherwise I can't explain how all the tourists were super satisfied with their stay
  : Location: there are 3 apartments in a block, and the balcony is a joke (you can barely fit two people) Equipment: zero. The floor is made of wood and it creaks with every step to get you out of your mind. The bathroom looks execrable Breakfast: they don't have a kitchen, but they bring breakfast from outside. An omelette that wasn't fried well, a few olives, two tomatoes, two glasses of juice, a slice of melted cheese, two slices of salami. We had to go to have breakfast in the city, you really couldn't eat what they offered Price: it is well worth 50 euros/night!! The price they charge is unreal for the conditions they offer.

  : Location, dishwasher.
  : Room changing in the middle of our vacation, which led to that we didn't have a seaview anymore. In both rooms very bad selection of kitchen equipments.On our check-in we were told that we won't be needing cleaning cause of our short stay (5 days). But in case we want, we can ask for cleaning after 3 days. Well we didn't ask because we got the feeling they would frown upon it. We were offered cleaning on our 4 day in the afternoon, even tho we were leaving next morning. Very noisy floors even the renovated a while ago, this led to that any time one wanted to go to toilet at night the other one woke up.For our last night we were asked (at 6pm) to change room for the second time, to the hotels best room, we kindly declined cause it would have been too much of a struggle with packing, cooking etc. We were told that the best room would have been given to us earlier but it hadn't been available, although it was available our hole stay. (As finnish people we appreciate honesty). Lastly its nice with active customer service, but spaming on whatsapp is very disturbing while trying to relax on your vacation.

  : Location is amazing, just 5 mins walk to galata tower area but in a very quiet street, the bed was big and comfortable, decor very classic, breakfast was ok and when we asked to change few things they accommodated our request, the balcony is small but has a lovely view of the quiet street below, overall good vibe and good place in a great location
  : They clean the room every 3 days, however when we asked they send a lady to clean and make up the room, there is no shower gel they provide only shampoo, little greedy on toilet paper, one day they forgot to leave it after the room was cleaned and when I called they told me they left it in the morning so there was no need to debate with me, however they sent a roll to the room.On check out there was a misunderstanding with the taxi company and the taxi that arrived refused to bring us to airport as he said his booking was for a different airport, however the manager of the hotel immediately replied and managed to get us another taxi in 15 mins at 7.30 am and offered us 2 nights free and taxi pick up when we ll be back In Istanbul
