: The owner is exceptionally nice, well mannered, worthy of being a manager of any major hotel. Catering to all needs, going out of his way to ensure everything a guest wants. The staff was good too. Istanbul people, shop owners, literally everyone is nice, hospitable, ready to help. Police included :) Hotel is a 10 min walking distance from Sultanahmet. Uphill, as is everything in Istanbul.
: The economy rooms have no windows to the outside. Toiletries mean a soap and a shampoo. The room isnt a place you want to spend anytime in. However, the bed is super comfortable and everything is clean. The hotel is in Kumkapi area. Its a poor place, run down, like a ghetto, but safe. Everyone looks after everyone else. The hotel spa isnt much. Especially the hammam. Those who want to try the real hamam, there are two nearby. Ancient, dating back centuries. Those are a must. Nothing is served but breakfast. But, whatever you need, the owner will happily order it for you.

: Central location, cheap price. Hotel staff was friendly, but the owner of spa was terrible. It was not comfortable to listen to his screaming and getting to know that spa owners rent it from the hotel, so they are not interested to let us in. As in booking was mentioned that procedures included as the bonus if you take this room. Bonus was really unpleasant. Owner of the spa impolite, disrespectful.

: They stole 100 Euro from us. The rooms were super small, dirty, without any of the conditions written on the page. No towel, no blanket, small bedroom, awful stuff. It's a super smelly place. We told them we don't want room service but they entered our room anyway and stole 100 Euro from us. They are really thieves. It is also written spa is included but there was no spa. We had to pay extra in another place. DANGEROUS, DANGEROUS, DANGEROUS
