  : The staff was great with us and did all that they could to make our stay pleasant. Having the possibility, they gave us a better room. Breakfast is good, with some variety and with an amazing view. The location is great, near to all the city buzz but also quiet during the night.
  : Room windows don't work very well. Room was a bit small but I guess it's normal for a hotel in the centre.

  : The room was beyond clean. I felt at home when I was there. The receptionist, Hussain, was one of the friendliest people I've met and helped me with everything. Breakfast on rooftops was by far the highlight of our stay. The quality was exquisite and the view was astonishing. Overall, very satisfied with everything.

  : Location, size of the room, a comfortable bed, cleaning, staff (guys are great!!!), breakfast is amazing.
  : Some noticeable disadvantages in the room. For example, in ours weve got some spots/stain on the wall. Was it mold? Maybe. We didnt care much cause we had 3 nights there. If it was more, we would be more cautious haha Another thing is a window. Literally couldnt close it. But fortunately wasnt that noice at night and in the morning. Oh yeah! There is a lot of rubbish outside but I guess its not the hotels fault. But the first impression was like tell me its not here haha

  : the hotel was in a good area to see the main attractions. The room is clean. Satisfying breakfast. Pleasant surprise the unexpected welcome gift. The hotel staff was very good and especially the reception staff Ali very kind and helpful and Musab also the same who spoke a little Greek. I would stay at the same hotel again and recommend it to everyone.

  : The receptionist especially the guy who is working in the morning shift he is not helpful at all .From three first day when we arrived me and my family we had 3 big luggages and we ask for help he said I dont have someone to help .So who should carry the luggages me?!

  : Bed Housekeeping Lighting Receptionist I asked the receptionists to change my room a couple of times because the room was in front of the elevator on the ground floor due to the short distance from reception to my room, so much noise, loud talking and night owls. Receptionists told me the hotel was fully booked, while I found a room on booking.com at the same time they told me that. I asked them multiple times, the same answer and the same vacant room showed up on booking.com. They were trying to act honest, but they were not. They knew I had no other choice since the room was nonrefundable, making them lie in front of my eyes. On the other hand house keeping was worse house keeping ever seen in my entire life traveling all across the world. An absolute joke. Ten nights issue with changing bed sheet even though stains were clearly visible, empty shampoo bottles left in the shower, no vacuum, and nothing. Imagine I left money on the bed to change the sheet. They took it, and nothing happened in the room again! Just towels and emptying the trash can. I told the receptionist no one had even changed my bed sheets, and the guy told me I needed to talk to the housekeeper about that before leaving the hotel! What a joke Overall, the location was the best; breakfast was my favorite, the facilities were fine, the bed was firm and uncomfortable because two single Made it king so they fall apart if you move in between, The TV was small, the housekeeping was worst ever seen, an average three-star hotel at max, the receptionists were super lier, and the restaurant staff were very kind and helpful.
