  : A really ugly experience. We didn't get the room we reserved and the first night we slept in an extremely small room (on the ground floor), everything in it was dirty and with hairs, more than half of the indicated things were not in the room, not even towels, slippers, toilet paper, shampoo... When we asked them, the towels they gave us were dirty, twice we asked them for others and they were dirty again. The TV didn't work because it didn't even have a power cable. The door to the room is not all the way to the floor, so we heard people as if they were in the room with us. The biggest noise was made by the kids who actually run the hotel (between 10-15 years old) and because of that we couldn't sleep almost the whole night, my husband went out twice in the middle of the night to tell them to stop. The next day we asked for our money back because we wanted to change the hotel and someone older than 18 to talk to, but they pretended to be crazy, no one older came and they didn't want to give us our money back, they only offered us another room, so in the end we agreed because we were not able to pay for another hotel again. The second room was also dirty and with hairs everywhere, curtains that hung halfway down, a closet that, when you open it, starts to fall on you. The towels were also dirty and one was even wet, as if it had already been used. But it was bigger and on the second floor, so at least we could sleep. All in all, I do not recommend it at all if it is important to you that you get what you paid for (and what they say you will get) and especially if you are coming like us for 3-4 days and it is important for you to get a good night's sleep in order to have the strength for long walk around Istanbul

  : It was a good location, close to nice restaurants
  : It was very noisy!! We couldn’t sleep as people were talking until late and you could hear everything, there was no toilet paper or towels, no soap, no hot water and the blankets were very thin, the shower ceiling was cover in mold

  : first: I waited additional 1.5 hours before I could check-in.second: the room was very dirty with dirty bed linen (see attached), broken door in bathroom, and cold water in bath (I waited two hours when someone could repair it). in additional, after check-in my booking was cancelled from hotel side. that is why I couldn’t leave comment without booking support.

  : This hotel is a complete SCAM, you guys should remove it from Booking.com, They said that they canceled my booking and told me the only available room was the big room and charged double the price, Refused to take card payment and requested me to pay cash. It was 1 AM, and difficult for me to find another hotel. I was exhausted from my long flights. So I had to take the only room available. There was a Whats app messages with one of the staff, and I notified him about my late check-in, and he confirmed. and didn't mention anything about the card refusal and cancellation of my booking

  : Everything else. We were made to wait on our arrival at the reception for one hour, though we reached only at 5 pm for check in. There was no breakfast served and the rooms were not tidy, as same as in pictures..I won't recommend to anyone
