  : This is good for family. The location is close to TRAM station and restaurants. Clean, the staffs are polite.the breakfast is nice.
  : Reduce price little bit is better. Need comfy blanket and size need to be big as well.

  : I came to Istanbul to visit my family and I really wanted to book a room for 4 people not 2 separate rooms, so I can spend more time with them and I found this hotel on booking with good rate and reasonable price. It was hard to find a big room with this price in Istanbul and our room was spacious enough to let us have a comfortable stay during our trip. The staff were very kind and helpful with the luggage and every inquiry we had. Farhad is so attentive to make sure we were enjoying our stay there. The strongest point of this hotel is that, it seems to be a family friendly hotel and you feel like home. Breakfast was convenient and they cleaned the room every day.

  : Passable, we got the old turkish style room even though when booking it was showing the newer renovated style room, they did say they would change rooms on 2nd day for us but they didn't.Got really thin sheets for duvets, facilities very basic, breakfast was ok. Room service was good and cleaning staff were friendly and they did change the towels daily.Zahoor top lad
  : TV didn't work, they didn't bother to get it working for us. Rooms was outdated and needs renovating, felt dark and dingy.

  : Every member of staff was extremely friendly and responsive to your needs. I couldn't speak any more highly of Farhad who was a true gentleman, offerring always a five star service towards the guests. All the staff in the hotel offered a service that you would usually find in a top end five star hotel. This hotel is close to everything, with trams, trains (marmaray) and buses close by. The rooms are clean and a very good size compared to others i have stayed in Istanbul. Not sure how these other hotels rated higher than this. Would definitely visit again.
  : Just the clarity on how the payment was expected to be made before I travelled on bookings.com, as the hotel required payment in cash only. This meant exchanging sterling into euros and not getting a favourible rate.This also wiped me out of cash meaning I had to draw more out from the atm and being charged.(on the positive note the hotel didn't push for payment straight away which was helpful)
