  : I really liked the position of this hotel. It was very close to the many public transport routes. Easy to move across the city. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, ready to give a good advice about how you make visiting Istanbul more comfortable. Staff speak English and Russian well. I don't know about the other languages.
  : There are restaurant and children's play ground very near. Better to chose rooms in the upper floors, you can hear them at night. Wi-fi was slow, TV didn't work. Our flight back was on 23.06.23, midnight, we had to check-out 22.06.23, 1 pm. We asked to allow us to stay a few hours more, even we were ready to pay some money but we were rejected, despite the hotel wasn't over booked at all. We had to spent these few hours in the hall of hotel. At least, not in the street...

  : They don't have airport shuttle as advertised so had to get a taxi They don't have laundry services as advertised The location is 1 hour away from Istanbul by metro bus so very inconvenient Take my advise and don't stay at this hotel. All false advertising and misleading

  : The employees are kind and do everything they can, even if they don't understand your language, they use an online translator. The hotel was clean. It was cleaned every two days. Convenient access to the bus and metro. Special thanks to Mr. Imam Ali for her help.
  : There is a party hall next to the hotel, sometimes it was crowded and noise could be heard
